ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure you review all product details and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

SLVTER is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages during the shipping process. Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility. Please use the tracking number provided to contact the appropriate shipping service for resolution.

Ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a refund or exchange. Any size-related issues are at the customer’s discretion and expense. Again, please consult our sizing charts or contact support before making your purchase.

Orders placed within our maximum production window of 14 weeks (98 days) are not eligible for refunds. Only orders that exceed this timeframe without delivery may be considered for review.
